When you fill out the contact form on the website, we collect:

• Your name, your company name, your email address and your Zalo or phone number.
• Your industry and the type of request selected (audit, diagnostic, training, executive coaching).
• Depending on the request: the preferred format, the number of people and the number of training hours.
• The message you choose to write to us.

To block automated submissions, the form uses an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. This data is used only for that check.

We do not request any sensitive data within the meaning of Decree 356/2025 (health, financial, biometric or location data). Please do not include any in your message.

Personal data may be used to:

• Respond to your request and contact you again.
• Prepare and deliver the requested service: audit, diagnostic, implementation, training or coaching.
• Manage your account (reviewing the history of services selected, tailored proposals).
• Answer your questions and assist you by phone, email or mail.

Only if you have separately agreed, we may also:

• Send notifications and run advertising and public relations campaigns about our new services.
• Provide information about our services by email.
• Communicate with you during promotions or feedback exchanges.

Collection and use take place only with your consent, unless required by law. Consent is given explicitly, for each purpose: agreeing to the processing of your request does not mean agreeing to receive marketing communications.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to us at info(@)silkwires.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Data is used only internally and in accordance with the defined purposes.

No disclosure to third parties without explicit consent. Only our technical service providers (hosting of the website and requests, anti-bot verification) have access, within the limits of their assignment and under our instructions.

Some of our technical service providers may process data outside Vietnam. In that case, we comply with the obligations set by law for cross-border data transfers, including the impact assessment dossier and an agreement with the provider.

Personal data is retained:

• For as long as necessary to provide the services.
• Until the client requests its deletion.

It may be retained longer when required by law, for example for accounting obligations.

The confidentiality of information is guaranteed absolutely. Exchanges with the website are encrypted and access to data is restricted to the people who need it.

In the event of a hack or leak resulting in data loss, we will notify the competent authorities and the data subjects concerned within 72 hours, in accordance with regulations.

In accordance with the law, you have the following rights over your data:

• To be informed of how it is used.
• To access it and obtain a copy.
• To have it corrected if it is inaccurate.
• To have it deleted.
• To request restriction of its processing or to object to it.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.
• To file a complaint.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info(@)silkwires.com. We acknowledge receipt of your request and process it within the time limits set by law.

Response time: 24 hours maximum (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In the event of improper use or a breach, we will take all necessary measures to stop the breach and protect your rights.

You may file a complaint about the disclosure of your data to third parties. We will investigate and inform you of the outcome.

We may update this policy, in particular to keep up with changes in the law. The date shown at the top of the page is that of the latest version.
